Community Card Affiliates

Welcome to Community Card Affiliate’s Gift Card Purchaser’s Terms and Conditions page. By purchasing a gift card through Community Card Affiliates, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. General Terms

Issuer: The gift card is issued by the original merchant and resold by Community Card Affiliates.
Use of Card: The gift card can be used to purchase goods and services at the issuing merchant’s locations and, if applicable, online at their website. Please refer to the specific terms of the issuing merchant for details.
Card Value: Gift cards are available in various denominations as specified at the time of purchase.

2. Redemption

Where to Use: The gift card can be redeemed for merchandise or services at the issuing merchant’s locations and on their website if specified.
Multiple Redemptions: The gift card can be used multiple times until the full value has been redeemed, subject to the terms and conditions of the issuing merchant.
Redemption Limitations: Gift cards cannot be used to purchase other gift cards or for any purpose other than the purchase of goods or services from the issuing merchant.

3. Expiration and Fees

Expiration Date: Gift cards do not expire.
Fees: There are no service fees or maintenance fees associated with the gift card.

4. Balance Inquiry

Checking Balance: To check the balance of your gift card, please visit the issuing merchant’s website or contact their customer service. Community Card Affiliates does not provide balance inquiry services.

5. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Cards

Responsibility: Treat your gift card like cash. Community Card Affiliates and the issuing merchant are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged cards.
Replacement: Lost, stolen, or damaged gift cards will not be replaced by Community Card Affiliates. Please contact the issuing merchant for their replacement policy.

6. Refunds and Returns

No Cash Refunds: Gift cards cannot be redeemed for cash, except as required by law.
Returns: Merchandise purchased with a gift card is subject to the issuing merchant’s standard return policy. If you return an item, the refund will be issued in accordance with the issuing merchant’s policy.

7. Fraud and Abuse

Fraud Prevention: Community Card Affiliates and the issuing merchant reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or hold for review any gift card purchase or redemption if fraud, unauthorized use, or violation of these terms and conditions is suspected.
Prohibited Actions: The gift card cannot be resold, transferred for value, or redeemed for cash (except where required by law).

8. Changes to Terms and Conditions

Modifications: Community Card Affiliates reserves the right to change these terms and conditions from time to time at our discretion. Updated terms and conditions will be posted on our website at Gift Card Purchaser’s Terms and Conditions. Changes to the terms and conditions of the issuing merchant will be reflected on their respective websites.

9. Governing Law

Jurisdiction: These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Nova Scotia, Canada, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
