2. Free Website and Web Hosting Conditions

By applying for the free website and web hosting services provided by Nexus Mart, you agree to participate in the following programs:

1. Community Card Affiliates Gift Card Program: Participate in our gift card promotions and campaigns through Community Card Affiliates.
2. Get Bartering Program: Engage in bartering activities facilitated by Get Bartering.
3. Future Programs: Comply with any additional marketing programs introduced at a later date.

Failure to comply with these conditions or choosing not to participate in the current or future listed programs will result in the application of regular pricing for the website and web hosting services. A regular pricing sheet is available for review at  Nexus Mart Pricing and Commissions if you decide to opt-out of the free offer.

3. Sales Commission

A commission fee of 5% will be applied to all online sales where the payment is processed online. There is no fee for instore sales where the payment is not processed through Nexus Mart

4. Content and Graphics

All content and graphics on the webpages created by Nexus Mart remain the property of Nexus Mart. Merchants are responsible for the content of their pages and must ensure it complies with all applicable laws and regulations.

5. Service Interruptions

Nexus Mart is not responsible for any interruptions in service or loss of business as a result. We strive to maintain a high level of service but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access.

6. Customizable Webpages

Nexus Mart provides tools and support to help you customize your webpage to reflect your brand’s unique identity.

7. Secure Payment Options

We ensure safe and reliable transactions with our secure payment gateways.

8. Marketing Tools

10. Chargebacks

Merchants are responsible for any chargebacks initiated by consumers. Nexus Mart will provide support to manage chargebacks but will not be liable for any costs or losses resulting from chargeback claims.

11. Termination

Nexus Mart reserves the right to terminate your free webpage and web hosting services if you fail to comply with the terms outlined above.

12. Changes to Terms
