Business
Select this option if you are registering on behalf of a registered business, nonprofit, or organization. This includes incorporated companies, sole proprietors, partnerships, or any business with a trade name, tax number, or business license.

Individual
Choose this option if you are a personal seller, hobbyist, freelancer, or side hustler not registered as a business. You can still sell and accept payments, but your account will be treated as a personal vendor.

To keep NexusMart secure for all users, we require identity verification during registration:

For Individuals:

  • A clear photo of your government-issued photo ID (e.g., driver’s license)
  • A selfie holding your photo ID (must match the ID submitted)

For Businesses:

  • All of the above (ID and selfie)
  • A copy of your business registration document (e.g., Business Number issued by your government)

  • NexusMart requires identity verification to prevent fraud and ensure platform security.
  • All approved accounts, whether registered as an individual or a business, are considered Merchants and are bound by NexusMart’s Vendor Terms & Conditions.
  • Uploaded documents (photo ID, selfie, and business registration, if applicable) are for verification purposes and will be securely stored.
  • Providing false information may result in denial, suspension, or permanent removal from the platform.
